•$91,000 - $114,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee strength-based, holistic, neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA leads and supports behavior technicians (BTs) and works within a transdisciplinary team to create individualized, integrated care in collaboration with families, caregivers, and other clinicians. The position is based in Naperville, Illinois, and surrounding areas, with a hybrid option and remote flexibility for balancing clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and BT. The role averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, while administrative staff support scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Productivity targets decrease to 22 hours at BCBA levels III and IV, which also offer opportunities to develop leadership skills and explore broader professional interests. Compensation is listed as $91,000–$114,000, with productivity incentives and an additional ABA caseload bonus opportunity of up to 10% of monthly base salary.
