About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is hiring full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Franklin, Tennessee. The organization provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children on the autism spectrum from birth through age 21. BCBAs use their clinical knowledge and the organization’s treatment techniques to support clients, while a clinical support team helps reduce administrative work. The position offers a hybrid schedule, flexible scheduling, local and regional clinical support, tools for data collection and charting, technician onboarding and training support, and ongoing professional development through monthly CEU-accredited courses and an archive of more than 200 hours of CEUs. The role involves physically keeping pace with children during sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting more than 25 pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling. Full-time employees are offered a benefits package that includes paid time off/flexible holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings program, and Employee Assistance Programs.
