About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about providing high-quality ABA services, supporting meaningful client progress, and working alongside a collaborative team that values clinical excellence. This role offers strong leadership support, ethical billable expectations, opportunities for professional growth, and a positive environment. BCBAs at Autism COE are supported by various teams including Clinical Directors, Lead RBTs, Office Managers, and Billing Teams, allowing clinicians to focus on clients while the operational side is managed.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
• Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Prior ABA clinical experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
