CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the behavioral work for Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. This role involves working within twelve elementary schools that serve high acuity students with significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. The BCBAs will be part of a multidisciplinary team, conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, observing classrooms, coaching educational staff, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is a school-year schedule, employee (W-2) position with benefits, offering a collaborative environment embedded within schools.
