CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the behavioral work for Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. This model places a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and a licensed mental health provider, in twelve elementary schools serving high acuity students with significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, provide classroom observation and consultation, coach educational staff, and supervise RBTs. This role offers the opportunity to do the work a BCBA trains for, embedded in schools with a supportive team.
