CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the behavioral work for Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model in twelve elementary schools. This role involves working with high acuity students who have significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. The BCBA will be embedded in schools, working as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and a licensed mental health provider. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing classroom observation and consultation, coaching educational staff, and supervising RBTs.
