CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead the behavioral work for Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. This role involves embedding a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and a licensed mental health provider, into twelve elementary schools. These schools serve high-acuity students with significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. The BCBA will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, provide classroom observation and coaching for educational staff, and supervise RBTs. This is an opportunity to perform the core duties of a BCBA within a supportive school-based team environment.
