CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking eight Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a multidisciplinary team for Anne Arundel County Public Schools' Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model. This program places a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and a licensed mental health provider in twelve elementary schools serving high-acuity students with significant social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. As an RBT, you will work in assigned elementary schools during the school day, implementing behavior intervention plans and student intervention strategies under the supervision of BCBAs. Your role involves working within real school routines, collecting data, and supporting student skill-building. This is an employee (W-2) position with a school-year schedule and benefits.
