About The Position
North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning BCBA for their Pediatric ABA program in Arlington Heights, IL. This role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility and work-life balance, offering a morning-focused schedule that can be customized to fit individual needs, such as school drop-offs or midday appointments. The position emphasizes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, working alongside SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. The company utilizes a proprietary, peer-reviewed tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, for treatment planning, promoting evidence-based and neuroaffirming practices. Opportunities for career growth into Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles are available.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions (flexible scheduling options available)
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
- Support parent training
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
- Run own intakes
- Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
