About The Position
North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their Pediatric ABA program in Deerfield, IL. This role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility and work-life balance, allowing them to focus on meaningful clinical work while accommodating personal commitments. The position offers a morning-focused schedule, 3-5 days a week, with a caseload scaled to part-time hours. Clinicians will work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment, utilizing a peer-reviewed tool for treatment planning and benefiting from a supportive clinical model. Opportunities for career growth into Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles are available.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
- Support parent training
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
- Run own intakes
- Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
