Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing clinical team. This is a full-time, remote position supporting clients and clinical teams at their growing center in Trinidad, Colorado. The role involves providing high-quality ABA services remotely while collaborating closely with on-site staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys clinical leadership, staff development, and working independently while remaining closely connected to a collaborative clinical team. The Remote BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, monitoring client progress, and ensuring high-quality clinical services. The BCBA provides remote clinical supervision, training, coaching, and support to RBTs and other members of the treatment team while coordinating with on-site staff to support effective implementation of treatment plans. The role may also include providing mentorship, training, and supervision support to RBTs and other staff pursuing BCBA or other advanced clinical credentials, as assigned by CFCI.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification required
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment while providing effective supervision, support, and collaboration to clinical staff
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Analyze client data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify programming as clinically appropriate
- Provide remote clinical supervision, guidance, and support to RBTs and other clinical staff
- Coordinate with on-site staff to support effective implementation of treatment plans and clinical programming
- Utilize Behavior Skills Training to train, coach, and develop staff competency
- Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, training, and professional development support to RBTs and other staff pursuing BCBA or other advanced clinical credentials, as assigned
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans and programming as needed
- Train and support parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team in ABA strategies
- Collaborate with educational teams, related service providers, and other professionals as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness
- Participate in clinical, center, and professional development meetings as assigned
