Carelinks ABA is seeking BCBAs (both part-time and full-time) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. As a BCBA, you will manage treatment plans, guide your RBT team, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful changes. Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions

Nice To Haves

• In-home ABA experience
• Familiarity with naturalistic/NDBI approaches
• Bilingual abilities
• CentralReach experience

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Review data and adjust programming as needed
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)
