About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is hiring full-time and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Springfield, Tennessee. The organization provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children on the autism spectrum from birth through age 21. BCBAs use their clinical knowledge and the organization’s treatment approaches to develop and oversee interventions, support children and families, and help learners build positive behaviors and new skills. A clinical support team helps BCBAs focus on clinical services rather than administrative work. The role is supported by local and regional clinical teams, behavior technician onboarding and training, tools for data collection and charting, and professional development through monthly CEU-accredited courses and archived CEUs. The posting describes a hybrid schedule and flexible scheduling options, and welcomes candidates who are currently sitting for the BCBA exam within the next three months, including students. Full-time newly hired BCBAs are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus; the bonus opportunity expires November 20, 2026. Full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires physically keeping pace with children during sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting more than 25 pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
