About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Kingsport, Tennessee, to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. BCBAs use clinical expertise and treatment techniques to support learners, while a clinical support team helps reduce administrative work. The role is offered full-time or part-time, with a hybrid schedule noted in the job title. The BCBA develops and supervises targeted interventions, supports children as they learn skills and positive behaviors, explains assessment results and treatment recommendations to families, monitors client needs, and trains and supervises behavioral technicians. The position involves active physical engagement with children during sessions. Proud Moments ABA describes a multi-tiered clinical support team, enhanced technician onboarding and training, advanced tools for data collection and charting, and ongoing professional development through monthly CEU-accredited courses and archived CEUs. Full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package. A $10,000 retention bonus is advertised for newly hired full-time BCBAs; the opportunity expires November 20, 2026.
