About The Position
Storybook ABA is hiring a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Maryland or Virginia LBA. The company emphasizes work-life balance by removing administrative tasks, allowing BCBAs to choose their hours and whether to drive, and matching cases to their skillsets and comfort zones. Work is software-based, and bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training, communicates with the back office, and creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. The role also involves creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
Requirements
- A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- BCBA license/certification is required.
- Maryland or Virginia LBA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices.
