About The Position
Storybook ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and parent training, create and oversee instructional programs, and develop and monitor behavior plans. The role emphasizes work-life balance, with administrative tasks handled by the organization, flexible scheduling, and the option to drive to cases. BCBAs are matched with cases that suit their skillset and comfort zone. The organization uses software-based systems rather than paper processes. Bonus opportunities are available. A Maryland or Virginia LBA is required.
Requirements
- A master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- A Maryland or Virginia LBA.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices.
