Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hyrid (MD LBA required)
About The Position
Storybook ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Maryland LBA. The role emphasizes work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling, the ability to choose whether to drive, and cases aligned with the analyst’s skillset and comfort zone. Administrative tasks are removed from the BCBA’s responsibilities, and work is software-based rather than paper-based. Bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training, communicates with the back office, and creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. The role also involves creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
Requirements
- A minimum of a master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- A BCBA license in Maryland or Virginia.
- Data collection and behavioral therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices.
