Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hyrid (MD LBA required)
About The Position
Storybook ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Maryland LBA. The organization emphasizes work-life balance by removing administrative tasks, offering software-based workflows, and allowing clinicians to choose their hours and whether to drive. Cases are matched to the BCBA’s skillset and comfort zone. Bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training; communicates with the back office; and creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. The role also includes creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Maryland or Virginia LBA.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Essential skills in data collection and behavioral therapy techniques.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices.
