Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hyrid (MD LBA required)
About The Position
Storybook ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior-analytic services with an emphasis on work-life balance and reducing administrative tasks. BCBAs can choose their hours and whether to drive, and are matched with cases suited to their skillset and comfort zone. Work is software-based rather than paper-based, and bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training, communicates with the back office, and creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs in language, social, and communication domains. The role also involves creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
Requirements
- A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Maryland or Virginia LBA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
