About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Maryland LBA required. The organization emphasizes work-life balance, offers a choice of hours and whether to drive, and matches cases to the BCBA’s skillset and comfort zone. Administrative tasks are removed, and work is software-based rather than paper-based. Bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training; communicates with the back office to support clear, open communication; and creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. The role also involves creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans. The schedule may include after-school, morning, day, evening, and weekend work as needed.

Requirements

A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Maryland or Virginia LBA.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
Experience with data collection and behavioral therapy techniques is essential.
