About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior-analytic services. The organization aims to support work-life balance by removing administrative tasks, offering flexible scheduling, allowing the BCBA to choose whether to drive, and matching cases to the BCBA’s skillset and comfort zone. Work is software-based rather than paper-based, and bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training; communicates with the back office; creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains; and creates, implements, and monitors behavior plans. The posting lists full-time and part-time options and hourly pay of $90.00–$100.00.

Requirements

A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
A BCBA license/certification is required.
Maryland or Virginia LBA.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
Experience with data collection and behavioral therapy techniques is described as essential.
