About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services remotely. The organization aims to support work-life balance by removing administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to choose their hours and whether they drive, and matching cases to their skills and comfort zones. Work is software-based, and bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training; communicates with the back office to support clear, open communication; creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains; and creates, implements, and monitors behavior plans. The schedule may include morning, day, evening, after-school, and weekend-as-needed availability, with hours chosen by the employee.

Requirements

A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
BCBA license/certification is required.
Maryland or Virginia LBA.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus.
Knowledge of data collection and behavioral therapy techniques is essential.
