The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and oversight of behavior-analytic treatment programs for individuals with autism and related developmental differences. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs, collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensures services are ethical, data-driven, trauma-informed, and aligned with best practices and payer requirements. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to balance client outcomes with staff development and operational realities.
