About The Position

Dashi Rivers Autism Care, a Kennedy Care company, is launching an exciting new service line and is looking for passionate BCBAs to provide services for children and families affected by Autism. This PRN/As-Needed, In-Home role offers flexibility, a localized caseload within 15 miles of Northville, MI, and administrative support. The position focuses on conducting assessments, writing and monitoring individualized programs, leading caregiver guidance sessions, and mentoring RBTs to advance socially significant outcomes for clients.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• 2+ years of BCBA experience
• Willingness to travel within a 15-mile radius of Northville, MI
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
• Completion of 8-hour supervision course, or willing to complete within first 30 days
• Valid Michigan Driver's License
• BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
• Active state license, in good standing, when applicable

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
• 1+ years supervising a caseload of ABA clients and engaging caregiver support
• Crisis management experience
