About The Position

Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families. As a BCBA, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Active LBA license
  • Experience providing ABA services.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
  • Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.
  • Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Follow BACB ethical standards and applicable state requirements.
