About The Position
Alpaca partners with experienced BCBAs to help them build and own their own independent practices. Instead of being hired as an employee, you will become a practice owner with full control over your clinical delivery, client base, schedule, caseload, hiring decisions, compensation structures, and practice growth. Alpaca provides the necessary infrastructure, including fast in-network access to payers, guaranteed biweekly payouts for behavior technicians, AI-powered software for various practice management tasks, and end-to-end administrative support. This model allows BCBAs to focus on clients and clinical care while Alpaca handles the business operations. Practice owners on Alpaca can earn $160,000-$230,000+ annually, with income potential growing as their practice expands.
