We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. This role involves conducting assessments, adjusting goals based on client progress, and supervising/mentoring RBTs through ongoing training and feedback. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
