Abacus Therapies provides high-quality ABA services through in-home, school, and (where available) center-based programs. We are looking for passionate BCBAs who want to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification (or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Partner with families and collaborate with schools and other providers
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Deliver services in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs
