This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to children, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous professional growth. Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Licensed in TX and in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
- Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
- Run your own assessments and intakes
- Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
- Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
