About The Position

This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to children, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous professional growth. The position offers a structured environment with built-in supervision time, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to work alongside other therapy professionals. The company utilizes unique tools like the Gracent Care Calculator and STEP Score to ensure measurable progress and visible improvements for clients.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Licensed in TX and in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
  • Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
  • Run your own assessments and intakes
  • Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
