A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical services and provide exceptional behavioral care for children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct clinical services, monitor client progress through data analysis, and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs), BCaBAs, and LABAs.
