About The Position
Pillars Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to focus on meaningful clinical work without the administrative stress often associated with the job. The primary goal is to minimize administrative burdens on BCBAs, allowing them to concentrate on their core responsibilities. The position is fully remote, with the option to provide in-person services. The company is expanding and offers both part-time and full-time W-2 positions.
Requirements

- Licensure in additional states is a plus as we continue expanding

Responsibilities
- Supervising assigned learners for approximately 10% of their authorized hours
- Providing family guidance, with a goal of approximately 2 hours per month
- Conducting RBT evaluations throughout the year
- Supervising and supporting RBTs
- Developing and modifying treatment programs
- Writing initial assessments and progress reports
- Monitoring learner progress and making clinically appropriate recommendations
- Collaborating with families, RBTs, and other members of the care team
- Maintaining high standards of ethical and compassionate care
