About The Position

The Merrimack Center is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. The Merrimack Center provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. We are looking for a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver comprehensive support across various skills, including communication, social interaction, education, and daily living. This will primarily involve creating programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• Master’s Degree.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Afternoon into early evening availability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial Functional Behavioral Assessment’s.
• Develop treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to program staff and families to ensure effective implementation of the plans.
