About The Position
Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Houston-area ABA clinics. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, ethical caseload expectations, strong RBT and BCBA support, family-owned leadership, and total earning potential up to $111K. We are family-owned and clinician-operated, with low turnover, tenured leadership, and a patient-first model that gives BCBAs the support they need to do quality clinical work. Responsibilities
- Focus on quality, not numbers, by staying below BACB recommendations for caseloads.
- Work alongside Speech, OT, and PT professionals in a true team setting.
- Provide quality clinical work with strong RBT and BCBA support.
- Engage in ethical, patient-centered care.
- Support children, their families, and the greater Houston community.
- Partner with peers across disciplines and contribute to a positive, connected clinic culture.
- Strengthen clinic systems, mentor others, and help the company grow.
- Ensure voices are heard and contribute to a culture of respect and transparency.
