About The Position

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. This role involves conducting assessments, adjusting goals based on client progress, and supervising and mentoring RBTs through ongoing training and feedback. You will also collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
