About The Position

We are looking for a leader and an experienced Behavior analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the clinic and 2 days remote, eligible after three months. The role involves building and designing a comprehensive ABA and parent training program, overseeing clinic operations, and fostering a positive team culture. You will supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, collaborate with other team members, and work in a fun, multi-disciplinary setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
• Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• 1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred
• Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
• Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale.
• Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity.
• Collaborate with other team members.
