Behavior Stars ABA is seeking a dependable, clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing high-quality, ethical ABA services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. As a BCBA, you will oversee the full clinical process for your assigned clients—from assessments and treatment planning to supervision and parent training. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience working with children with autism and developmental needs preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience with data collection and electronic documentation systems required
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the Rethink platform is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and consistency
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Analyze client progress data and make appropriate program modifications
- Conduct parent training to support carryover and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and funding-source requirements
- Manage caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective service delivery
