About The Position

This position is a full-time opportunity based in Raleigh supporting our Home and Community Based Services team. All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Requirements

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC
  • 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)
  • Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
  • Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings

Responsibilities

  • Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
  • Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
  • Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
  • Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
