The BCBA serves as a clinical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment programs. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (or eligible—RBTs nearing completion of fieldwork hours are encouraged to apply)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental delays
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered care
  • Based on Oʻahu or willing to relocate
  • Compassionate, growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of RBTs
  • Analyze data and adjust programming as needed
  • Lead and conduct caregiver training and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate, ethical documentation
