This role offers a clinic-based setting with all services provided in one preschool-style location, a consistent caseload of 6-7 children per BCBA with strong administrative and clinical support, a stable, well-organized environment with reliable schedules, and a warm team culture focused on collaboration and mutual support. You will have the opportunity for clinical growth and to expand into leadership roles.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing
One year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Values consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards
