The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides therapy and oversight to clients and leadership to the behavior technicians of ABA Spectrum Therapy. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans for clients 2 years to 18 years, analyze data. Ability to independently run a caseload of 25-28 hours/per week to include direct sessions when needed, supervision, and caregiver skills training. Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. Provide caregiver skills trainings to families and other professionals involved in the clients care to ensure a consistent approach to treatment. Participate and contribute to trainings and staff meetings.

Requirements

Current BCBA active and in good standing
Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas
Experience with conducting assessments, developing and monitoring treatment for clients (e.g. complex behavior needs - aggression, self-injury, toilet training, intricate communication needs)
Able to play on the floor with children, while providing therapy (sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs)
Able to use computers and tablets for extended periods of time
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screening
Establish effective clinical and ethical relationships with clients and families, and maintain appropriate boundaries
