About The Position

The Treetop ABA is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Arizona LBA certification. This remote role serves clients in Arizona and combines flexible scheduling with quarterly travel opportunities. The BCBA will provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA care, with a stated expectation of 25 billable hours and support from a clinician-led team, clinical leadership, AI-powered tools, and back-office staff.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification.

• Must reside in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized ABA therapy plans.
• Conduct assessments and use data to track client progress and guide outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and mentor behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish goals, celebrate successes, and build trust.
• Provide services through a remote caseload, with quarterly travel opportunities.
• Keep current with ABA research and best practices.
