The BMW Genius supports sales representatives before, during, and after a customer sale, focusing on the customer product experience. The role explains BMW technologies and vehicle features to customers when their vehicles are delivered. Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate features of BMW vehicles.
• Answer clients’ questions about BMW products.
• Deliver vehicles when clients pick them up after purchase.
• Configure vehicles using a mobile customizer.
• Perform test drives as needed.
• Perform other related duties consistent with the role; management may also assign additional, unrelated duties.
