Requirements

Previous BMW Client Advisor experience is required.
Luxury automotive sales experience with a proven record of success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
Self-motivated with a relentless work ethic and competitive drive.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond.
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of BMW products, technology, financing, leasing, and ownership benefits.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations.
Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage leads and customer follow-up.
Meet and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
Work closely with our Finance, Service, and Client Care teams to provide a seamless ownership experience.
