About The Position

Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking a Blended Case Manager to contribute to mental health care across Pennsylvania. The position offers base weekly pay plus performance-based bonuses: $30 per billable hour above 27 hours per week and $40 per billable hour beyond 32 hours per week. Annual starting earnings potential, including base pay and incentives, ranges from $40,000 to $50,000. The compensation package also includes benefits, paid training, supervision, and professional development opportunities. An additional $2,500 annually is available for on-call duties performed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, other related social sciences, criminal justice, theology, nursing, counseling, or education; or registered nurse; or high school diploma, 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or another social science, and two years of experience in direct contact with mental health consumers.
