About The Position

The Black Friday Weekend Associate generates sales by demonstrating enthusiasm for products, brands, fashion, and trends while serving customers. The associate completes initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and provides an exceptional customer experience.

The role includes representing the PacSun brand, learning about products and trends, and improving individual performance as part of the team. Associates deliver engaging customer experiences, focus on selling, handle customer concerns according to policy, complete assigned tasks, maintain visual standards and store cleanliness, follow company and loss-prevention policies, and share customer feedback with leadership. They also participate in company and store contests and events, stay informed about financial goals, support sales and operational objectives, and execute digital sales strategies such as ship-from-store and BOPIS.

This is a part-time position requiring availability to work Black Friday Weekend. The work involves moving around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, lifting and moving items, and working in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Requirements

• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
• Ability to maneuver around sales-floor, stockroom, and office areas.
• Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Availability to work Black Friday Weekend.
