About The Position

The Bistro Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing coffee drinks and serving food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café, including stocking pastries and retail displays. The attendant will also share knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience, handle transactions accurately, and maintain the cash drawer. Adherence to safety and sanitation standards is crucial, ensuring all equipment and food areas remain clean and compliant.

Requirements

Prior customer service experience required
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome
