About The Position
Highgate is hiring a Bistro Attendant / Bartender for Courtyard Dayton. The role calls for an upbeat person with a knack for hospitality and a passion for serving guests and customers. The position has a mixed schedule, with morning hours from 5:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and evening hours from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. It is an hourly position with the possibility of earning additional income through tips.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, kitchen, and/or bartending experience is ideal.
Nice To Haves
- Food handling certifications.
- TIPS training.
Responsibilities
- Take orders from guests.
- Cook and prepare meals according to specifications.
- Serve guests.
- Serve liquor and prepare alcoholic beverages.
- Bus tables.
- Prepare food items.
- Clean the kitchen and restaurant area.
- Take inventories.
