About The Position

As a Birthday Party Host at Spare Time Entertainment, you’ll help create memorable celebrations for guests and families. You’ll prepare party areas, welcome guests, keep events running on schedule, and coordinate with teammates across bowling, arcade, and other attractions. Depending on the location, you may guide guests through the arcade, laser tag, or an escape room. You’ll also assist with food and beverage orders, cake time, payments, and cleaning and resetting party spaces. The role suits an energetic, friendly, reliable team player who enjoys working with children, families, and large groups in a busy environment. No experience is needed; training is provided.

Requirements

Energetic and friendly, with a readiness to make every guest’s day.
Good with children, families, and large groups.
Reliable and comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment.
Able to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Available to work weekends and peak party times.

Responsibilities

Set up party areas and tables with the items needed for celebrations.
Greet guests and help birthday children feel special.
Keep party schedules on track by coordinating with guests and teammates in bowling, arcade, and attractions.
Help groups get bowling shoes, explain lane safety, and support safe, enjoyable experiences.
Guide party guests through the arcade, laser tag, or escape room, depending on the location.
Take and place food and beverage orders and help deliver meals and dessert on time.
Lead singing during cake time.
Clean and reset party areas promptly for the next event.
Assist at the front desk with party tabs and payments when needed.
Follow Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.) and work as a team player.
Help wherever needed to keep events running smoothly.
