Birthday Party Coordinator
About The Position
The Birthday Party Coordinator leads or assists with birthday parties and special events using The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching method. The role provides outstanding customer service and membership experiences while creating a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families. The work is active and involves moving throughout the day. Party coordinators are trained for the role and may receive tips from parents. Parties take place in the afternoons and evenings, with flexible scheduling mentioned for people seeking extra weekend hours. The stated dress code is yoga pants, T-shirts, and bare feet.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and be able to play and have fun with them.
- Be service-oriented and enjoy making others feel good.
- Be able to build positive relationships with both children and parents.
- Be able to balance having fun with getting work done.

- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
