About The Position

The Bingo Agent sells bingo cards and tickets, accurately maintains a bank, and assists customers in learning and playing bingo by providing information and instructions. The role also performs bingo caller duties, verifies winning cards, and distributes winnings in accordance with established cash-handling procedures. The position requires standing or walking for extended periods and handling bingo equipment and boards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell bingo cards and tickets to customers.
• Count bingo cards and accurately maintain the bank.
• Assist customers in learning and playing bingo by providing information and instructions.
• Call out numbers over a microphone, provide instructions, and announce the amount of money to be won.
• Verify winning cards and distribute winnings according to established cash-handling procedures.
• Reach for bingo balls while using machines and retrieve dropped bingo balls.
• Travel through customer seating aisles to collect winning cards, and balance and carry bingo boards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
